Location

Wedgewood is a sub-section included within a larger Sun City Center Homeowners Association.

Sun City Center has numerous golf courses is conveniently located near shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals medical facilities and other amenities, is near a major highway and yet it offers quiet, uncluttered living in a small town setting.

Wedgewood homes are located between 1940 New Bedford Drive and 2104 New Bedford Dr. and includes all the homes on Deep Lake Lane and Berry Roberts Drive.

Management

On a day-to-day basis, the association is currently presided over by a five-member Board of Directors. Additionally, the Architectural Review Committee serves to evaluate all requests for architectural and landscaping projects.

Membership

All homeowners automatically become a member of Wedgewood Owners Association upon purchase of their property.
